03/09/2009: DSCN 27/2008 has been reissued as Version 0.5 to include the new ROCR license reference ROCR/OR/0192/FT6/001 to relect that mandatory status has been granted for Schedule 6 mandatory collection for Foundation Trusts.
21/07/2009: DSCN 27/2008 has been reissued as Version 0.4 to include the new ROCR license reference ROCR/OR/0192/001.
19/03/2009: DSCN 31/2008 has been reissued as Version 1.1 with the inclusion of the conformance requirement NN-GP-SR-05 and can be accessed at DSCN 2009.
08/01/2009: DSCN 23/2008 has been reissued as Version 1.1 with the addition of the NHS Data Dictionary Change Request CR 1016.
31/12/2008: DSCN 29/2008 Version 1.1. now reissued.
23/12/2008: The Department of Health Policy team have identified an error with DSCN 29/2008 which has been withdrawn. The DSCN will be reissued in due course.
20/11/2008: An error had been identified with DSCN 25/2008 issued on 19/11/2008 and should be replaced with the version that was issued on 20/11/2008 below.
28/07/2008: DSCN 14/2008 has been reissued as Version 1.1 following correction of an error in the introduction that gave the December 2008 target for admitted patients as 85%. This has been changed in Version 1.1. to give the correct target of 90%.
