NHS Connecting for Health Data Standards and Products maintains a set of data standards, many of which are used in information standards. This page describes how some of the key data standards can be accessed.
NHS Data Model and Dictionary
The NHS Data Model and Dictionary is an enterprise wide logical data model for the NHS. It is also the repository for some national data sets, many of which have been approved by the ISB.
Changes to the data dictionary are made using Data Dictionary Change Notices (DDCNs).
